This is a great idea that has some value, but falls short in some key areas. It's nice as a fan, two fans. The one turns to the left and right the bottom up and down. You do not get full movement of both. As just a fan that works well. But most people will use this to spray. Unfortunately, the spray does not go very far or very wide. They had to make this a more powerful and more spray would have been a very good product. O2cool also has some products with a rechargeable battery function. If they had done that here even a little price increase would have been a much better value as most people will buy this for being outdoors in the children's sporting events, picnics and camping, etc. bottle Water that comes with it with a single top is not wide enough for ice (unless small fragments of crushed ice), which is an additional inconvenience. Certainly not a bad product, and given the paucity of options in portable misting fans. I would recommend that if you can cope with limited spraying area and the need for batteries to be portable. D Rechargeable Batteries are a type of pain, so you have to have been shaken in the construction.

What is a big fan! Someone thought that a great product for those of us with small apartments covered! I have a small package this fan fits perfectly into the corner and keeps me cool on a hot day, hot!

So I was looking for a portable misting fan and found this. read the opinions of others and thinking that can only be good enough for the price. Really its just ok. It is not cool if you sit more than 5 feet away, but be prepared to get a little damp (which in summer is not so bad). The vaporization of water will only last 1 hour (i programmed it) not 8 hours as advertised. The fans are good work and wind from the table or in a small room. So is it worth $ 40? Nope. Amazon if you drop the price as $ 20, then id say buy it, but I think to some extent, always get what you pay for.

I'm glad to have this in baseball games for my son. . . especially effective on hot days without wind.

We had over 40 days of temps over 100 degrees here. I wanted something to cool seating area in a courtyard. This does NOT do. Maybe that will keep 2 people who sit together a little cooler. It has a very limited area of spraying and the fans are very low power. What a waste of money – should be worth half or less of what it is. It's too much work to send the damn thing so I'll keep it for traveling, since it has a car adapter.
